Why are you a designer?
Hello! I’m Thy Nguyen, a Product and UX Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I design experiences that combine visual clarity with structured product thinking, transforming complex problems into clear and intuitive solutions. My work focuses on creating cohesive, easy-to-navigate experiences that help users accomplish their goals. With a background in graphic and visual design, I bring a strong foundation in communication and layout, which I now apply to end-to-end product experiences. I enjoy working on complex problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, user-centered solutions. I’m currently exploring how AI-driven workflows are redefining the design process
Who are you outside of work?
When I'm not nailed behind my my computer, you can find me exploring new places, or chowing down on delicious food while sipping on an exquisite craft cocktail. I'm into outdoor activities. When I get the chance, usually during weekends, I like to go hiking or randomly go on a mini adventure to explore and captures photos. Everywhere I go, my camera goes with me. Here are photos from my travels around the world from Thailand to Reykjavik. I enjoy capturing fascinating details of the environment and experiences around me.
