Brand Identity & Visual Design System

At Infinx, I got to work across just about every format: brand guidelines, infographics, software UI, printed datasheets, and full tradeshow booth setups. It was a lot to juggle, and I loved it.

01 / Challenge

This project focused on improving visual clarity and communication within a healthcare platform, ensuring complex information is easy to understand and act on.

Translating complex clinical and financial data into clear, accessible visual experiences.

Infinx serves radiology, pharmacy, labs, and hospitals with RCM technology. Most of what they needed to communicate was genuinely complex: clinical processes, billing flows, data comparisons. And it all needed to look polished and feel trustworthy, whether it was on a screen, a printed page, or a tradeshow booth.

The tricky part was doing all of it at once. There wasn't time to build the brand first and design everything else later. I had to find the visual language and ship real work at the same time.

By the time I was done, Infinx had a brand that could show up consistently whether you were reading a datasheet, using the software, or walking past their tradeshow booth at a healthcare conference.

03 / Solution

Build the design system first, then scale it across every surface.

I built the style guide first to get the visual language locked in, then applied it to everything else. Infographics, software screens, datasheets, tradeshow materials, same system, different surfaces. The goal was that everything Infinx put in front of a client or conference attendee felt like it came from the same place.
